Saga Automation’s first day is next week on October 22. Tom Ludwig is the owner / consultant offering up his talents as an automation and control systems engineer. While eventually those who don’t know me will learn what I can do, the real hope is that I can meet new people in the manufacturing space and listen to their automation needs and help them solve their problems. I want to listen to people and see if I can help them. It’s as simple as that.
I have worked with so much technology and in different industries from petrochem, beer, water, shampoo, fruit juice, munitions, oil drilling ship systems, lead acid car batteries and others that when people ask me if I have experience in a particular field or on a particular PLC or a software package, then my attitude is that I have been learning new things my whole career, so please challenge me with your hardest problems and keep me learning new things!
The reason I left my favorite job of my career at MillerCoors is because I had been wanting for some time to be a business owner and to see more industries and meet people with even greater problems to solve.
