Saga Automation replaced our Automation Direct CMore panel that had a dead zone on the touch screen. After diagnosis of the bad unit, Saga ordered a new panel, reloaded the old software to the new unit and helped us install it. Tom explained the whole process to me and I was able to inform plant production of what to expect.
We had a pasteurizer pump that was overheating our product because the pump was not maintaining temperature in a well regulated manner. Saga tuned up the temperature controls to precisely control the loop, but also gave us an Allen-Bradley Panelview pump detail screen with password protection (for PID constants) so we could do it ourselves in the future. We will probably just have Saga tune it up if it ever needs it again though. Well worth it!
